Regional boiler making SME applied to the Gas sector, with 18 employees, specialized in the supply of peripheral equipment for gas transport. When the company was taken over, the new manager had to deal with a major drop in the level of investment by French gas companies.
In order to survive, the manager had to look for new export markets. After 2 years of exploration, multiple responses to calls for tenders, a first success was achieved with the largest gas equipment manufacturer in Algeria.
The problem encountered was the impact of this order on the WCR: +600K€.

- In the end, the company found 600 K€ and was able to face its development (+60% growth over 5 years) with an improvement in profitability, and a level of cash that allowed it to build a development strategy that led to the entry in the capital of an industrialist, allowing it to open up to new markets.
